3. You establish the company with the director and shareholder to be a foreign company, this could for instant be Belize, Panama or The Netherlands Antilles. This will give the company the status of an IBC (International Business Company) and the TAX that has to be paid is 0%. This constellation will also give you a 100% anonymously company.
